METALFORM Mexico Trade Show Features Educational Conference

CLEVELAND, OH—September 11, 2006—Attendees visiting the METALFORM Mexico exposition, the only show in Mexico focused on metal stamping, tool and die, forming, fabricating and assembly, will have the opportunity to attend a variety of educational sessions aimed at improving their industry knowledge and skills.

Held in conjunction with the exposition, the METALFORM Mexico Educational Conference is scheduled for November 7-9, 2006 at Centro Banamex in Mexico City. The conference offers 23 technical sessions in five focused tracks that encourage new and creative ways to improve productivity and profitability. Topics covered include: pressroom solutions, vibration control, lubricants, tool and die, value-added processes and technologies, business strategies and more.

Tool and die, one of the most important technologies to motivate the growth of Mexican metal stamping, will be featured on Wednesday, November 8, "Tool and Die Discovery Day." The corresponding conference session will focus on die design, building, maintenance and more. Visit for a complete listing of all speakers and presentations. Additional information about the show, including registration details, can also be found on the site

METALFORM Mexico alternates each year between Mexico City and Monterrey, effectively covering the entire Mexican metalforming market. The show is sponsored by the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA), the full-service trade association representing the $41-billion metalforming industry of North America, and co-organized by Trade Show Consulting (TSC), which has been producing shows in Mexico since 1992.
